Stevenson Overalls began with a fateful encounter between Zip Stevenson and Tsuyoshi Tagaya.
The brand name comes from the fact that Mr. Zipp's last name was the same as the work brand "Stevenson Overalls" that existed in Indiana, USA in the 1930s.

When the brand was founded, they started with the production of denim pants and belts, which they are most good at.
When making denim pants, I really wanted to reproduce the sewing specification of the 1920s and earlier, "single-needle fold-down stitching" (a sewing method before the existence of double needles). .
The reason why we continue to continue as a standard in this production process, which is never rational, is our commitment to the unique taste of hand-made products that has been consistent since the brand was founded.
