New chino pants from JELADO!!
It is no exaggeration to say that this chino was made for this collection.

The fabric is a high-density chino that uses 20 vertical and horizontal uneven threads, woven with an old power loom.
Because of the use of uneven yarn, the fabric has an irresistible look for vintage lovers, such as the unevenness and NEP feel of the fabric.
Also, the point is that it is woven with left twill following vintage chino.

The basic right twill two-ply yarn is used as a weapon, and the left twill single-ply yarn is used as chino.
It is sewn with 2mm double hem, which is the same as the vintage at that time.
The back of the front and pockets are made of a different chino fabric, and the vintage details are also used in places that are not visible.
The silhouette makes use of the silhouette of the time as it is, and the chino trousers are tailored with a rugged and masculine look.

It's not an exaggeration to say that this Collection was made because of these Chinos.
Using a Vintage Power Loom, we have produced a high-density left hand twill chino fabric, using 20x20 uneven vertical and horizontal threads. Because of the nep and uneven nature of the threads, the chinos have the perfect vintage feel, irresistible for all vintage lovers.
Sewn with precision and exactly replicating the thread count and needle movement, we used 2mm stitches, as seen on Vintage examples of the time.
We used different weight fabrics for the front and back pockets, being particular about vintage detailing, even if you can't see it.
We stuck with the original silhouette, wide with a high rise, for a rugged and masculine look.
